New Blog Placement. What do you think?

We added our company blog links directly to your dashboard (the first page you see after logging in using email address/password combination). Information is power and we want to make sure that you have a quick way to locate new updates, upgrades and announcements .

And now, we want to hear from you. What kind of information would you find useful for building your website when reading our blog?

I think it’s really nice, even like that ‘ribbon’ effect. I think information should, of course, be the stuff you already offer plus ‘Tips & Tricks’, ‘Did you know’s?’, maybe even #WebsTip’s!

I like that the blog link is viewable on the dashboard. I would like to know tips and tricks about how to customize Webs sites, and how to keep site members coming back, along with enticing new users to a Webs site.

@Terri: There are many benefits you as a site owner can gain from having a blog on your own website, from giving a more approachable feel to your site to gaining search engine exposure.

If you are asking about the new placement for our corporate blog on your dashboard, then the reason why we added this new placement is to make it easier for you to find out the latest information on what we have updated or are planning to do.

I think it’s a very good idea as we dont have to press loads of buttons to get to those updates. It’s straight on our dashboard. The first place where we look. Thumbs up.
