According to The Washington Post’s 2015 Top Workplaces survey, major factors include feeling connected through meaningful work, believing a company is moving in the right direction, and feeling genuinely appreciated by your employer. Each year, The Washington Post surveys employees of companies in the Washington, DC metro area in an effort to unearth the best of the best places to work in the region. This year, we are delighted to announce that Webs was among the 150 selected!
Our VP and general manager Scott Bowen had a few things to say about that:

We have a team of bright, talented people who are passionate about our purpose and innovation, and we’re committed to making Webs a positive and engaging environment. Exceptional work can only be done if our employees are fulfilled and engaged, and this award validates our efforts to ensure just that.
The rankings were determined by surveys delivered directly to each nominated company’s employees by the survey firm WorkplaceDynamics. The survey asked employees to evaluate their company based on things like their confidence in the leaders, compensation and perks, and measures of work/life balance.
The results are grouped into small, mid-sized, and large companies, with Webs snagging the #69 spot among small companies in the region.
