Happy employees

Following up on last week’s blog post about productivity hacks, today we’re featuring a handy infographic that might just help you turn your workday frown upside down.

Created by commercial furniture provider CMD, this graphic offers advice to help workers maintain a positive attitude throughout the day. These tips should also be observed by business owners who are responsible for employees of their own.

Ideas found below include avoiding office politics, using holidays more effectively, and trying walking meetings.

Check them out for yourself and let us know if you have anything to add in the comments below!

I think getting the commute right is vital! I used to get the train in which is more relaxing but time consuming, and now drive which is more stressful but saves time. Which is best?!

Inspirational tunes on the radio are a big plus in the car though. Emails will always be the scourge of the workplace!

This is a good idea for an infographic (and nicely crafted). This is the kind of thing that I can see being printed out and put up on the wall. From digital to paper – interesting spin on things,

I like this. Quirky, informative and true. Gives me an idea about a complementary piece about how to avoid negativity in the office (so listing negativity with solutions rather than positivity). I find the negativity angle is an issue a lot of workplaces are blighted with these days. But a really piece of infographic design.

I am glad to know that the positive habits are better than the negative way of life.
The infographic pointed out to me that learning the positive habits in a workplace, should bring a very rewarding experience to everyone.
It sparked my creative interest in the positive way of life, which I have being doing one of my writing works on.

These are all really useful tips. Managers can help this process too by building a positive company culture where employees want to arrive work early, have a positive attitude and as a result are more productive
