I do not have my business logo yet. I will try this way how to do. I will keep in mind these 5 priciple below:

    1. What emotions does the logo evoke?
    2. What’s the meaning behind the logo?
    3. Will the logo stand the test of time?
    4. Is it unique? Can it be instantly recognized?
    5. How does it look in black and white?
    6. Is it clear and distinct in small dimensions?

Great article! We didn’t put a whole lot of thought into our logo, it kind of just came to us when we were making the website and it fit our products perfectly in my opinion, we hope you’ll take a look at our website and tell is what you think!

    Hi there!

It was important for me to have a vector graphic to be used as a font sign. So I use it everywhere I want!

    Check it out!

My fave tool is LogoGarden.com. Made a couple of nice looking logos and the price was right. (Read: free.)

    Hi Sarah,
Very valid points you suggested in your post about what to keep in mind while designing and producing a logo for the company or business. How many times we see logos, in fact attractive ones but lacking relevancy. It becomes more of a graphical creation than a logo failing to emboss viewers mind with the brand or the moto.
Thanks for such a nice post!

    Hi Sarah,

Very interesting and valid points you raised regarding creating a relevant logo that fits and supports the brand.
This is very much the case in small businesses where the logo should capture the imagination within an instant.
    Great idea indeed, thank you
