Congrats, it’s Wednesday, which means you’ve made it half way through the week. Take a breather by looking at the example site that we’ve chosen for today. Innate Family Chiropractic is run by two doctors, whose mission is to provide chiropractic care to families while promoting an awareness of personal health. Their website is clean and simple, yet welcoming and informative. Take a look for yourself:

Pasadena, CA

Innate Family Chiropractic has created a great website for attracting and retaining visitors. The website’s design is minimalistic, but makes great use of Webs features such as:

  • About Us page to share their passion as well as their credentials. They also include pictures of themselves and a little company background information.
  • Testimonials to give their service credibility and allow future patients to know what to expect. Additionally, including testimonials in the sidebar ensures that a visitor sees raving reviews no matter what page they visit.
  • Videos Gallery to increase interaction with clients through tips and success stories.

This site is a great example of professionalism combined with personality. Take a hint from Innate Family Chiropractic and include a video on your page. By introducing yourself through a video in addition to text, the visitor will feel more inclined to trust you and use your services. Use the videos to give your company a bit of character, which will be sure to attract more clients.

Another thing that this website does well is engage visitors. Innate Family Chiropractics provides a “tip of the week” and also allows visitors to sign up for weekly emails. Engaging users and maintaining a regular dialog is a good method of ensuring they will return to your site often. The company also hosts biweekly events, which gets their name out there and is also good for drawing in new clients.

Innate Family Chiropractics has created a visually appealing and interactive site that will be sure to keep visitors coming back. If you like this site, or if you want to be showcased as our next example site, leave us a comment below.

Until next time,

Happy site building!

Hi! Great example site this week. I would like you to consider my website, Friday Harbor Now.com, for an upcoming example site. It is a news and events page for Friday Harbor, WA. I started it because of all the interest in my facebook page called FRIDAY HARBOR, kind of the opposite of the usual. Usually it’s the business first, then the facebook page. The website is HUGE with around 100 pages and several advertisers. I am really proud of it and thank webs.com for making it possible with it’s easy format. Thanks! Sherry, Owner/Editor Friday Harbor Now.

Innate looks like a great site for Wednesday’s example!

I hope they would consider taking a look at my proofreading site, as all of you who are reading this right now. If there’s one thing self publishers need it’s a proofer to correct those oversights we just can’t see ourselves, no matter how many times we check it.

An online entrepreneur says that poor spelling is costing the UK millions of pounds in lost revenue for internet businesses.

Charles Duncombe says an analysis of website figures shows a single spelling mistake can cut online sales in half.

Sales figures suggest misspellings put off consumers who could have concerns about a website’s credibility, he says. (Recent report by the BBC UK http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-14130854)

Perhaps Webs.com would like to do a feature on this?

In the meantime, visit me at my website and see what I can do for your business.

Nice site feature there! The clean and simple layout makes it look professional and trustworthy, while the intro video welcomes you in. It’s also nice to see plenty of information aswell, and the Tip of the Week is also a good feature.

Please could you consider having my website as part of your Example Site Wednesday? http://thecybernettvsite.webs.com (or http://CyberNetTV.co.nr) is an online-video producing website that features PC Help, Tricks and Tips – which can come in useful if the user is experiencing problems with their computer or things have become so slow and simple tasks are beginning to take forever. You can give your computer that ‘new feel,’ without spending a thing! It also features free music downloads that I’ve made, plus a toolbar that can intergrate social networks (like Facebook and Twitter); online shops (like eBay); a variety of games, and more – all in one slimline toolbar. You can even update your Facebook status with only a couple of clicks! Thanks Webs and I hope you consider my website! :)
