Example Site Wednesday: Mementoes in Time

It’s Wednesday again, which means it’s time for another example site. This week we’re featuring Mementoes In Time. Mementoes In Time sells kits using a traditional wooden die-cutting process, plus also offers a plethora of tips and free templates to visitors. The company has a charming and appealing website to match its equally charming and appealing products. Take a look for yourself.

Mementoes In Time makes full use of features that Webs offers in order to optimize their site and attract more visitors such as:

  • Web Store app to display their products in a neat and organized way
  • Testimonials to boost company’s credibility by showing potential customers feedback from previous customers
  • Videos to draw in more visitors to the site

Take a hint from Mementoes and use a color scheme that compliments your product and ties in your brand image. Also note that the site places its top selling products on the home page, allowing greater visibility of the available products. At the same time, the site is not overloaded  with too many items. Remember, you only get one chance for a good first impression, so make it count!  Looking for more ideas on how to choose coordinating colors for your website? Check out the Basic Color Scheming post.

Mementoes in Time did a great job with their website. If you liked the site, or if you would like to be the next featured Example Site, just leave a comment below!

Until next time,

Happy Site Building!

P.S. Did you know that today is the Embrace Your Geekness Day?

Please check out http://www.christiandivas.net or http://www.roadtorecoverytour.com . I know these sites are for everyone but I think we did a pretty good job on them and we book events nationally from them. They are clean, nice and easy to maintain. Leah

I would like to be considered for inclusion in your ‘example sites’ area.
I’m a photographer a could use the extra traffic! Based in the UK, my work is centred around groups/individuals whom are restricted financially and feel the ‘luxary’ of photography is out their reach.
Thanks Webs!

Webs, you are probably the most reliable website to make websites ever. Better than WordPress. WordPress sucks! Also, check out http://www.websitegenious.webs.com I work with another person on it but they don’t go on it and we only have 4 members! Please visit it!

Hi Webs, Yes another lovely site, but when are you going to show example sites at the side of the water? Like the UK for example, it would be great to see some example sites that are a bit closer to home. Go on have a look http://www.valleyviewanimalfeeds.com
