Luckily, I have been with Webs since 2006 and since seen a masterpiece come in shape for today’s world.

It’s amazing how much you guys have grown! And it’s just getting better!

I’ve had a website for about a year, about a week ago I started having problems. For teh last serveal days have not been able to see my website at all, no matter I to access it, bookmark, link, tying in address, even by logging in a trying to use “view site”. keep getting “connection reset” or other similar errors. Can’t use file manager either. Can’t be my connection because I have no problem accesing numerous otehr websites, including hostwebs.com itself.

Tried to get help via Get Satisfaction, but after I sent in all kinds of info screens shots, they told me they couldn’t help. Beginning to think maybe the free hosting has been eliminated? Any input appreciated.

I’ve had hours of fun learning about the web industry and all that it entails and have loved every second of it. Webs is super easy to use and produces super professional looking websites for people like me who are more or less code illiterate!

I love the fact that webs.com was “accidentally” launched in 2001 thanks to 14-year-old Idris, who submitted Freewebs) to the dmoz.org registry without his older brothers having a clue!

I was introduced to Webs.com by my 11-year old neices. To me the Webs.com story illustrates perfectly what a Harvard author wrote about technology back in the 1990s – that us over 30s will always be immigrants in cyberspace, while our younger kin are natives and will show us the way if we pay attention to them. The Webs story is a great example of a new millennium family business taking off.

damn ten years, time flies. been a member since 2003 developed like 5 different sites on here and my three companies websites are all hosted here the main one being

I’m so very excited and impressed with Webs. I’m new to Webs. I chose Webs to market my book: TUSKEGEE AIRMEN – To The Moon, Mars and Beyond.
My website was a challenge for me, since I’m not too Computer savvy. But I was able to do a great job creating my website. I’m now 86 years old.

Freewebs had a very cool chat system at one time. They then removed it. They haven’t been the same since. Webs is ok. i have had 2 premiums packages. There isn’t a difference except, more storage space. I don’t get a quarter of the hits, I once did, but i see i can get hits from all over the world.
