The Customer Support team members at Webs are absolutely thrilled about our two nominations for 2010’s R.E.C.S.S Awards! We are nominated for Best Customer Support and Service in the two categories: Hosting and Online Service Provider. Sure, awards are great and quite frankly, we’re no stranger to the plaque and trophy scene. We’ve been recognized for some pretty awesome stuff.
So with all the awards coming in the front door, you’re probably wondering why we’re beside ourselves with excitement. One reason is that the nominations are for the achievements and success of our Customer Support team as a department, which is exciting enough. But the biggest reason that we’re so incredibly proud is because the nominations came from YOU, our treasured customers. This award isn’t like the others where you have a long application to fill out saying how great you are, and then the winners are voted on by a panel of “expert” judges. This one comes from the people that matters to us most. It was you that nominated us and got us into the final vote, and we’ll only get the award if we get the most votes. How democratic!
