I randomly found webs during a search for a quick simple tool to post industry news to a website without having to take a crash course in webdev and html etc.
The ease of use overall of the product was enough to sell me the first hour, though
my little corner of the webs world may not be very impressive to advanced web designers, it gets the job done extremely well!
I don’t want to be a uber web developer nor do I want to hire a “Webmaster” to post news links and pay a salary to alway’s be told “Two weeks” to change a phone number.
The webs product got the job done, In a few hours I was up and running.
The support team answers questions very quickly via the online chat tool, never have I had to wait longer then a minute or two.
The ROI potential is whatever I want to make of the site but on raw costs and one banner ad it paid for itself in a week.
Kudos to the Webs teams! Take the rest of the week off with pay!

People say my site is stupid and will not do very well. My site is a place dedicated to having arguments. Yes it sounds stupid but you go to so many different forums trying to find important information and all people do is litter them up with their arguments. The point is I was trying to find the right tool to build a site for free and that offered the features like adding members, forums and so on. I was looking for ages and just couldnt find the right one. Once I turned to writing my own but again too much time and effort and I cannot right advanced sites that allow members and such. Webs.com has given me the chance to create a site without a cost and allow users of the world wide web to use my services. Thanks.

What is there to say about Webs? It’s pretty hard to say something about since I’m a Webs user, however if you look at what Webs offers compared to other website builders, you’d find that Webs offers a lot more then what one of these other sites offers.
I personally like that Webs gives you the opportunity to create a site by using HTML and CSS codings. Most sites don’t give you the opportunity to do that.
I would at any time tell people about Webs, that’s 100% sure!

I first found webs.com in 2000.When I had to create a personal website for school, from then on I started using it for different things, such as roleplaying, virtual games, webbies, writing, blogs.

Comparatively, I am pretty new here. Its been less than a year since I created my website on Webs, and it has been a unique experience already.

For my small company of Temeku Live Shows I tried 2 other website makers (one being synthasite or something) and was incredibly annoyed. Then I googled “Free website” and Webs was the first one on the list. I thought it would just be another sad attempt of a website builder. After the first day it had won my loyalty. Our website is easy to update allows us to have members and greatly helps TLS. If we lost the website today we would loose TLS. Webs is the only honest web provider and ACTUALLY has a support base. Other companies have only an e-mail service where the response generally is far away from the question. Thank you Webs, without you I would have taken my computer, ripped all the wires out, threw across the room, bashed with a hammar and thrown out the window where raptors would have carried out each individual piece and taken them to the underworld never to see the light of Earth again.

I already have a professional website (www.fibd.biz) develoed by a web designer. The site is great and perfectly indexed with many search engines. But every time I need some changes I have had the probelem that it always take ages until they are done and many times I do not get exactly what I wanted. Additionally when I wanted to have some cool feature to enhance the user experiance I have to hear “Oh that is complicated, or that will be very expenciv etc. So at one point I got fed up with all of this and started to reserch alternatives and tested some platforms. Everything to do with this site has been absolutely amazing. I like to role play with friends on the internet, so I made a site for my friends and I to get together, withought having to search all over the role play sites for each other. The templets are really great, I had a hard time choosing between them all. The advanced tools are great too, I was able to change the profile icons on my Members list. I like how you can change the header to your site, I needed to change mine, and I was quite relieved when I found it so easy. Is it possible to see whether the support team can make a change to the file thumb nail displays that you see when you click the PHOTOS button in site manager.
We keep a number of files that have a similar appearance so difficult to distinguish via the thumb nail so the easiest way to tell them apart is from the file name. But the file name does not show up and I cant see anyway to get it.
Note…File Manager displays are fine, it’s the PHOTO inserts that’s the prob.

For a long time I looked to have a web design tool simple enough for me to use without needing to understand much about programming as my day job doesn’t require it at all.

I tried several other “free” / low cost sites and this one was the easiest to make and update. We are just starting our photography business and this was the easiest way to have a place have a collection of my husband’s pictures as sort of a portfolio.
Not sure if we will ever be able to afford the upgraded version, or our own domain name, but for now this is perfect for us.

My website may not have many members but I think it’s a good website and has received its fair amount of compliments. It is already doing well in Google searches, with many searching for HTML codes, and one person managed to find my site by typing in ‘Stickpage’ into Bing! i like the it, but as shani said, i cant afford it, and the web credits take too long to get, you can get 15 a day in earning if i am not correct, 10 for the browser thing and 5 from the purchase, but still, alot of what i see is in the thousands, it would take days to get anything

Now, webs has changed my life. Ive created so many websites since 2005 using different email accounts, but they no longer exist. During those times, I have met great people from around the world, and although its not a nice thing to talk to strangers, it may also be a good thing in this case. I have met so many people and I have looked at their sites to get ideas for mine.
Webs I believe had everything I needed. The templates had everything ready, the add ons, the apps and lots of other things.
It’s sad I’m not allowed to pay for anything here, but I heard about the webs credits thing, and I felt so happy! But I havent used it yet, but ill get to it soon!

We love webs! We all created a magazine called Lights, Camera, Fashion. We used to print the magazines and print them out, which would take forever and use a ton of ink on our printers. It took us a LONG time to print,glue, staple, and creathe the magazine. When we found out about Webs, it saved us! We put the magazine on the internet that saved us tons of time and money!
