SBDC is the association that represents America's Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network, which was founded as a public-private partnership by Congress thirty years ago. Today, the ASBDC's mission is to help small businesses stay profitable and competitive in the modern marketplace, and to help new entrepreneurs achieve their dream of owning a business. According to the U.S. Small Business Administration, SBDCs provided face-to-face business consultations and trainings to over 580,000 entrepreneurs and small business owners in 2009.
Webs empowers small business owners and entrepreneurs by giving them the tools they need to create attractive, professional-looking websites easily, quickly, and by themselves. "We're pleased to attend a conference where the participants are those who counsel and train entrepreneurs on how to be successful, as Webs has the same goal: helping small businesses grow and succeed. ASBDC professionals can present Webs.com to their clients as a quick and easy website-building solution," says Haroon Mokhtarzada, CEO of Webs.com.
Webs will have a booth in the conference exhibit hall, where ASBDC members, corporate partners, and government partners will have the chance to meet and network.
